WARRANTY, SALES, & RETURNS POLICY 

We at Dabbous Mega Supplies s.a.r.l. have the best interest of our customers in mind and we try our best to offer them full protection. However the below policies should be observed to ensure a smooth and fair relationship:

RMA POLICY on HP & all other ink supplies : 
All defected ink supplies (Dead On Arrival ) must be returned in their original packing with the same serial number or relevant expiry date . If these conditions are met we will replace the DOA immediately or issue a CN for the amount. Otherwise if the outer box is missing we will decline to replace it . 

WARRANTY & EXCHANGE for RMA products
1 year EXCHANGE or Free Repair warranty: Seiko .
Warranty if product is defected on the very first use ( DOA ) : Sunwood , Citizen , Uni1 , Jetion , and various stationery products
Warranty as per vendors policy : Sandisk , WD , & Imation flash drives .
NO Warranty: HP, Imation, & MaxTec optical discs & backup tapes.

SALES POLICY
- Sales are restricted to resellers. We highly recommend end users to contact our authorized resellers listed in the Contact Us page.
- Prices include free (next day ) delivery IF ORDER IS ABOVE $250   - Cash Sales Only 
- All our prices are subject to a certain wholesale discount and to VAT except for re-export.
- Prices & specifications are subject to change without any prior notice. 

EXCHANGE POLICY 

Goods can be returned or exchanged under the below rules:

1: They are unused and returned in their original packing intact and as if brand new .
2: When expiry date applies returned goods must have minimum 9 month before their expiry.
3: Less than 3 month have passed since invoice date.
4: Item still within our product range and not discontinued.

Return Policy 

Returns are allowed within 3 months of selling date . We will issue a CN for the value of the returned goods .  If there is a change in price the value will be determined on whatever is lower of the current price or purchase price.  

All returns will be subject to 100 reward points deducted from your balance .

HOW TO DISTINGUISH BETWEEN FAKE & ORIGINAL HP SUPPLIES

Download any QR Scan Application from Google Play or Apple Store and scan the QR Code on the toner or cartridge . The scanner will direct you to HP website which will veirfy the product if original or not .
